Great service, no rush
Bought a Nissan Primastar in May. The buying experience was 5 stars, dealer was honest about the van and it's condition. It's been over 2 months and there are no problems with the van. At the time of sale the dealer didn't rush me into buying, gave the keys and let me took my time to check the van. A top dealer who deserves a lot more reviews. He'll be my first choice in the future when buying a car or a van. Thank you for your great service!

Purchased a Ford Ranger, extremely helpful service given lockdown circumstances, time was taken to answer all of our questions with extra video footage provided, delivered to us in Scotland within a few days, car exactly as described. Great value for money. Communications very good. Vehicle exactly as described. I paid the screen price for the vehicle as it was very good value for money. When I collected the van they had replaced the 2 xfront tyres with new and done a engine service oils filters etc. I have had the vehicle for Round 3 x weeks now. Very pleased with the van and I will use Rigby van sales again. A SMALL family run business with a can do attitude. For clarification I did not know this company before I found the van I wanted with them I travelled from west Bromwich to skelmersdale to collect the van. Worth the journey indeed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEOFF RIGBY VAN SALES. While I was there geoff taxed the vehicle for me to make it easy for me and added the cost of the road tax to my invoice. No charge just part of the service. The warranty. Also insured we received the documents via email an a bonus 2 x months extra warranty because they were able to do so. The vehicle we bought was a Nissan NV200 car derivative van. 2015 model. 16000 miles 12 months mot. THANKYOU Geoff.
